Using Internet Cables TVs to compare internet, TV, and home phone options is always free. Because we never charge you to use our Site, submit a form, or speak with a specialist, there is nothing for us to refund on our end — no fees are ever collected by Internet Cables TVs from consumers for the comparison service itself.
If you choose to sign up for internet, TV, or phone service with a provider we connect you with, your service agreement, billing, and any related charges are between you and that provider. Refunds, cancellations, early-termination fees, and billing disputes for your actual service plan are governed entirely by that provider's own refund and cancellation policy — not by Internet Cables TVs.
If you've signed up for a plan and want to cancel or request a refund, please contact the provider directly using the customer service information they gave you at sign-up. If you're unsure who to contact, reach out to us and we'll help point you in the right direction.
